Tarangire & Crater Taster

This is the itinerary we build for people adding a safari to something else, whether a Kilimanjaro climb, a work trip to Arusha or a week on the coast. Three days, two parks, comfortable beds, and none of it feeling like a shuttle run.

Tarangire gives you elephants in real numbers and baobab country that looks like nowhere else in East Africa. Ngorongoro gives you the densest concentration of large mammals on the continent inside a single morning.

The distances are short enough that almost all of your time is spent inside the parks rather than between them, which is why we recommend it so often to families and to first-timers testing the water.
